Charlotte began working at CNS in 2023 after graduating with first class honours in her BSc (Hons) Psychology at the University of Leeds. Her dissertation explored the views of educators in Special Educational Needs (SEN) roles.

In her role at CNS, Charlotte supports Dr Trayner, Dr Hare and Dr Longworth by creating important resources and supporting young people with their neurorehabilitation. Charlotte also provides support for users of Goal Manager, a cloud-based goal-setting platform developed by CNS.
